AEA is seeking board members that represent the various segments of our sector/member agencies. Our board is a working board – providing direction for and coordination of educational, advocacy, recognition and networking activities. There is no financial expectation. Board members are expected to participate in discussions and help with projects as their availability allows and their expertise warrants.
We are focused on holding (what we call) Pivot Point Discussions at least 6 months of the year. For these events, we bring in a speaker and allow time for discussion.
Generally, we conduct meetings on the 4th Wednesday of the month. Board members should represent a current AEA member agency, or become a member.
